Sales of residential real estate in Broadmoor have declined, with homes being on the market in for around 78 days in 2007, or 15 days longer than in 2006. Prices have also lowered 1% to $171,000 in 2007 from $174,000 in 2006. Reasons for the decline in home sales are given.
