Article Abstract:

Baton Rouge architecture has changed during the 1982-2007 period, as the community used less of A. Hays Town's works and more of innovative designs, such as that of the Shaw Center for the Arts. Technological advances and concenr for the environment have influenced the change in Baton Rouge architecture. Modern designs of Baton Rouge buildings, such as the Louisiana State Museum, are discussed.
