New CEO takes over at SAP America

Article Abstract:

SAP America of Wayne, PA, has selected Kevin McKay to become the new chief executive officer of the company and replace Paul Wahl. Wahl, who has held the post since early 1996, is resigning to head a security technology firm in Silicon Valley, CA. McKay had served as the chief financial officer of SAP America, a unit of business-management software maker SAP AG, before being named the successor to Wahl. SAP America president Jeremy Coote would see his duties currently covering US operation be expanded to Canada. McKay said he plans to continue a three-year company business plan he had prepared and expects no major changes at the firm.
