New watchdog at shipyard

A new executive director at the Kvaerner Philadelphia Shipyard has been appointed to succeed Robert G. Benko. Douglas Peel, a local shipbuilding executive, is presently employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international management consulting firm.
