Shopping center planned for fomer motel site

Article Abstract:

A shopping cneter is planned for the formaer site of Plantation Inn at Airline HIghway and Bluebonnet Boulevard. Montgomery Management Group bought the 52,455 square foot Government Street site previously occu pied by Giamanco's Restaurant from BCS Holdings for $674,000 of August 28, 2007, and plans to put up two retail buildings of 6,500 square feet each. All Star Properties bought 2.02 acres of land adjoining the rear All Satr Chevrolet property from Reulet Family Holdings for $1.5 million in Aug 30, 2007.
