America Online will invest $55 million in New Hope PA based long distance telephone company, Tel-Save, and have a 15% stake in the company. The two companies will continue their agreement which allows Tel-Save to sell discounted long distance telephone service to AOL customers.

Baltimore bank to buy Berean
