Pork is making waves in the foodservice industry, proving its versatility in all types of menus. It is leaner and safer due to an improvement in the breeding and feeding of pigs. It can be prepared in different ways such as grilled, broiled, roasted, sauteed, braised, stewed or stir-fried. It can also be processed into pork favorites such as bacon, sausage, ham, and deli meats which are popular with breakfast.
