Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems, Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $7,267,821 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee-contract to provide for development of software for four new external interfaces and upgrade of five existing external interfaces in support of the Department of Defense Global Transportation Network (GTN). These interfaces permit the exchange of data between the GTN and other information systems. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 31, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Oct. 15, 1997. Air Mobility Command Contracting Flight, Scott AFB, Ill., is the contracting activity (F19628-95-C-0029-P00109).

D & D Machinery and Sales, San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $7,108,633 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price-contract to provide for 24 Engine Trailers applicable to the F-117-PW-100 engine on the C-17 aircraft. The engine trailer permits transport of the engine and can be loaded into the hold of transport aircraft. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is November 1, 1999. Solicitation issue date was April 7, 1997. Negotiation completion date was July 2, 1998.
