All p-cards are not equal

Article Abstract:

Treasurers play a key role in the process of buying a purchasing card product, particularly in helping select a bank issuer and a card label. They need to evaluate the three platforms, namely, American Express, Visa and MasterCard, as well as choose banks with adequate resources to support their purchasing card products. Treasurers are also tasked with forming an interdisciplinary task force, reengineering some basic operations and retraining purchasing agents, prior to the adoption of a purchasing card program.
