Bargain portfolio for 2000

Article Abstract:

The Investors' Chronicle Bargain Portfolio for 1999 performed well, especially Dawson International, which has seen a 255% price rise. The performance for 1999 was better than average, and there are no guarantees that the selection for 2000 will perform as well. The selection for 2000 includes Blagden, which has hived off a number of businesses, leaving chemical distribution, and Theo Fennell, a jeweller listed on the Alternative Investment Market (Aim).
