Proposal would defer tax bite on Navy shipbuilders

Article Abstract:

The eyewitness confirmation of nuclear weapons in North Korea has resulted in speculation and concern on the number of bombs and their intended purpose. Though it is unlikely that North Korea would use the weapons there is a strong possibility that it might build up the arsenal of deliverable weapons with the intent of selling to other groups that might actually use them.
