Coleman PowerStation installed in Home Depot

Article Abstract:

Coleman implemented a merchandising program during the unveiling of its PowerStation generators in Home Depot stores. The generators were displayed on an In-Line version installed onto the pallet racks and another version that was placed in Home Depot's Tool Corral section. Both units were made of materials that withstand the Home Depot environment and convey the durability and quality of the Coleman brand. Display Systems Inc was responsible for the design and development of the merchandising program.

Disney featuring 'Big Rig' mobile showroom

Article Abstract:

Disney Interactive is using an 18-wheeler truck called the Disney Big Rig as a traveling showroom for exhibiting the Active Learning line of software titles to children and families. The truck is equipped with flexible shelving units, a glow-in-the-dark ceiling and three popouts for future expansion. The Big Rig fives children and their parents the chance to experience the depth, creativity and learning benefits of CD-ROM educational software.

Gateway country stores aim to change America's relationship with technology

Article Abstract:

Computer maker Gateway Inc has started a massive grass-roots initiative that would help consumers and businesses get more benefit but less frustration from technology. Its Gateway Country stores would undertake a community outreach program that would teach people how to exploit the power of their PCs. It would include free weekly computer clinics at the stores; 'Ask-a-Tech sessions in all store training classes; and in-store advice sessions.
