Article Abstract:

Arbitration and mediation have become invaluable to the accounting profession for the last two decades, as both are extensively used in settling client disputes. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR), a term pertaining to arbitration and mediation, has become a byword in the commercial market. The growing use of ADR is partly attributed to the problems of the time and cost incurred in conventional litigation through the courts.

The company expects its advertising scheme to boost public recognition of KPMG's services and foster staff morale. Aside from paying for an appearance in the movie, the company also provides its offices in 147 countries to be used as shooting locations.
