Distributor piles the pills higher

Article Abstract:

Intercare is to acquire European Pharmaceuticals Group (EPG) for 24.8 million pounds sterling in stocks and cash. The acquisition will create a major generic drugs distributor in the United Kingdom, with pharmaceuticals accounting for nearly four fifths of the sales of the new group. Intercare also has a mobility division supplying electric scooters, and this divison will account for a lower proporton of the group, following the acquisition. Costs are being reduced through a South Korean JV.
