Ease of use is software goal

Article Abstract:

New lines of software for marketing and advertising processes are simpler and have more applications. They can be used in all levels of the organization, from sales personnel to corporate officers. One example is the Neilsen Workstation, designed to handle the information requirements of brand managers and other sales personnel. It allows easy data retrieval from any storage system within the company and easy charting and comparison of data. Neural networks is another type of software that uses expert systems and artificial intelligence. It may be used for creating regression models to analyze consumer behavior.
