Former accountant Connor Walsh, who is also the management consultant and director of EMI Music Australia and managing director of Crosswire Pty Ltd. is involved in developing the infant Christian music market in Australia. He believes that the Australian Christian music market may follow the market of the United States, thus he plans to use his accountancy training for positioning Crosswire so that it can get the maximum benefit.

The success of a negotiation depends on factors such as understanding the facts, the objectives of both the parties involved in the negotiation and the related strategies. During the process of negotiation, the concerned persons should be patient, willing to go back on certain things and should have the ability to question as well as listen.
