Elephant-sized profits in store

Article Abstract:

UK Land should benefit from Elephant and Castle, London, England, being redeveloped, since this should push up the value of UK Land's shopping center at Elephant and Castle. A developer is not scheduled to be selected until spring 2000. The site could be sold to the developer and a sum as high as 30 million pounds sterling could be achieved. UK Land has seen a rise in its stock price, and the price could rise further, though delays with local government permission could affect the time scale of benefits from redevelopment of Elephant and Castle.
