Ford unveils Blue Oval Certified program

Ford Motor has rolled out a marketing campaing for its Blue Oval Certified customer satisfaction program, and 'Commitment to Kids,' a nationwide child identification program to keep children safe. The Blue Oval program aims at giving consumers the best-in-class retail experience at all Ford dealerships. The automaker is using a documentary approach to convince consumers that Blue Oval Certification has improved the dealership experience.

Ford rolls out new look

Ford Motor Co has introduced a new Ford Dealership Identification Program that features the automaker's newly designed blue Ford oval sign. Designed in partnership with Ford dealerships, the sign is expected to convey the 'genuine, progressive and smart characteristics' that symbolize the Ford brand. The company expects the signs to be displayed at all of its 4,200 dealers in the US by 2003.

Ford promotes fuel cell vehicles

Article Abstract:

Ford Motor Co has launched a year-long tour to promote fuel cell vehicles. The tour, featuring the Ford Focus FCV (fuel cell vehicle), was launched by the automaker to educate the public about fuel cell technology and its benefits. A new THINK technologies 53-foot custom-designed air-ride semi- trailer will be used in trasporting the Ford Focus FCV during the year- long tour.
