Fore Systems Inc. - FORE

Article Abstract:

Traders should be cautious about buying Fore Systems' shares of stocks despite its current 15% decrease in share prices. Officer and Director Francois Bitz sold 504,000 shares while Director Thomas Crotty disposed of 12,000 shares. A total of 1,045,500 shares had been sold by seven insiders at $39-$43.67 from May 7-20, 1996. Other negative factors include Fore's high P/E to growth ratio, price reductions on ATM products and increased competition.
