Hologic Inc. - HOLX

Article Abstract:

Insiders in Hologic Inc. are reducing their shareholdings in the company in a sign that the impressive rally in Hologic's share prices, which started in May 1996, may be over. Although some selling had been expected when the price rally occurred, the relatively high insider volume and number of individuals selling indicate that the price may have hit its peak at $45. In the wake of this development, investors are urged to sell if they want to benefit from the issue's currently high price.

Dynatech Corp

Article Abstract:

Six inside traders disposed of 56,980 Dynatech Corp shares at prices ranging from $27 to $31.50. This was a possible indication that the share price of Dynatech Corp was approaching a peak since six insiders form a large sell-cluster and two of them made the largest disposition as Dynatech insiders. In addition, one of the six sold shares for the first time since 1986.
