Also known as fax-on-demand, these services can help organizations improve their efficiency and save money as well as time. Despite the popularity of the Internet and personal computers, the fax technology continues to appeal to people because it is simple to use. With faxback service, users only have to have a touchtone phone to call the service, listen to a recorded message, choose from a menu, punch in their fax number, hang up and wait a few minutes to receive the needed information.
