Getting carried away

Article Abstract:

The various points to be considered by a company during expansion, mergers and acquisitions with reference to the case of MyTravel, a Britain corporate, are discussed. MyTravel case reveals that poor management information had impacted their ability to make reliable forecasts and taking appropriate action, thus suggesting that management needs to be aware of the actual happenings of the company's position to avoid such problems.
