How does marketing effectiveness mediate the effect of organizational culture on business performance? The case of service firms

This study addresses the issue of how marketing effectiveness could affect the performance of a company. It is discovered that organizational cultural values are related to dimensions of strategic marketing effectiveness.

The impact and effectiveness of advertisements in a sports arena

Article Abstract:

This study examines the effects of advertising in a sports arena on message recall and actual purchase behaviour. It is discovered that consumers can recall at least some of the ads they are exposed to.

How much more are consumers willing to pay for a higher level of service? A preliminary survey

A survey of catering clients found that price is more important than service quality when consumers are given a choice. Conjoint analysis was used to determine this finding.
