Hunter raps Raptor purchase pattern

Article Abstract:

Chairman of the US House Armed Services Committee (HASC), Rep. Duncan Hunter, has questioned the broad acquisition policy of the US Air Force and cites the F-22A Raptor Program as a telling example of a confused acquisition strategy. He has called for acquisition program stability and the Air Force responds by agreeing to stretch out Raptor purchases in accordance with the money available.
