Listening essential component of successful international PR

Article Abstract:

A new study showed that US' marketing executives see international public relations (PR) as the most important discipline in their business until 2002. Out of 100 PR executives, at least 81% predict that PR will be more and more important until 2000 while 87% see the same for international PR. PR executives must learn how to identify their PR programs' weak and strong points and must maximize the power of their international PR efforts. A successful international PR program requires listening to what one's counterparts, customers, prospects, employees and the media are saying.
