Marine gen. Hagee upbeat on Osprey; Harrier is safe

Article Abstract:

Marine Corps Commandant General Michael Hagee says the V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft is safe and performing well in ongoing fight tests. Industry analysts say the aircraft was grounded following a fatal crash then grounded again when hydraulic lines had to be reengineered and has just recently resumed test flights.

V-22 Osprey returns to flight after hydraulic lines fix

Article Abstract:

U.S. Navy announce plans to resume test flights of the V-22 tilt-rotor aircraft. Industry analysts say the aircraft was first grounded after a fatal crash last year then for 10 days in March following the discovery of a faulty hydraulics line.
