Marriott makes the business case for an innovative total rewards strategy

Article Abstract:

The analysis of Marriott's five year database shows that, rewarding workforce and enhancing their participation in benefit programs is a key to success. Marriott International has more than 2,600 operating units worldwide where labor is the greatest single expense, consuming 40 percent of company's revenues.
