More flow than ebb

Article Abstract:

Manchester, England, is becoming a major center for law firms. The region was previously dominated by Leeds, but this dominance is being undermined by the growth of Manchester as a legal center. Manchester law firms have proved especially successful in attracting corporate work which previously would have dealt with by companies in London, England. Manchester offers lower costs than London and some of its growth can come from competition with the capital.
