Tracor Systems Technologies, Inc., Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $10,205,245 cost-plus-award-fee, level of effort to exercise an option for 283,088 man-hours to perform program management and engineering support for production, installation and testing in support of the PEO Theater Surface Combatants Technical and Operations Divisions. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va. (70%), and Rockville, Md. (30%), and is expected to be completed by November 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-97-C-5180).

Work will be performed in Syracuse, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by September 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $172,242 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
