Northrop Grumman base safety system catching on

Northrop Grumman Corporation has found an influential ally in the US Central Command (CENTCOM) for promoting the deployment of its military base security system among the armed services. The command-and-control platform, called the Enhanced Tactical Automated Security System (eTASS), can integrate a wide range of sensors and other technologies and it has a proven track record of saving lives.

B-2 gets new coat, speeding maintenance

Article Abstract:

Northrop Grumman, the B-2 stealth bomber's prime contractor, has announced a technological innovation that will improve the speed of the B-2 during its maintenance cycle. It has also developed a special radar-absorbing coating for covering gaps on the planes outer body that can be applied by a robotic paint system consisting of four robots.

Northrop Grumman nets new UAV sale: EADS announces test flight

Northrop Grumman Corporation has won a $60 million deal to provide the Air Force five additional Global Hawk unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) has announced that it has achieved a world innovation with its successful flight of a demonstrator UAV.
