Obchodni Tiskarny increased its proceeds in 2000

Obchodni tiskarny (OT) (Kolin, Czech Republic), packaging and self-sealing label manufacturer, increased its proceeds by nearly 10% to CEK 1.1 bil in 2000 compared to 1999. According to preliminary results, the firm saw an after-tax profit of CEK 26 mil in 2000, which is an unspecified decrease compared to 1999. OT invested roughly CEK 200 mil in a new production line in 2000. OT is the largest Czech manufacturer of elastic packaging and self-sealing labels.

Computer Press gets stronger every year
Article Abstract:
Computer Press (Prague, Czech Republic), media company, expects revenues of CEK 411 mil in 2001. About 50% of the 2001 revenues should be represented by Internet business. The company saw revenues of CEK 231 mil in 2000, about 28% more compared to 1999. From the financial point of view, the most important part of the firm is its publishing which grows by 15-20% every year.
