Over there and over-indulgent

Article Abstract:

A vacation in a foreign country need not pose health hazards. While it is true that a significant number of those who return from a foreign holiday experience various illnesses ranging from the serious, such as heart attacks and psychiatric problems, to the most minor, such as sunburn and skin infections, most of these illnesses can be prevented or controlled. One measure that travellers can take to ensure their well-being is to get immunized before they go on their trips. For instance, those headed for the tropics should be innoculated against typhus, tetanus, yellow fever, rabies and encephalitis. Other ways of staying healthy are avoiding taking risks, such as swimming or diving while drunk, and carrying a first aid kit at all times.
