Overconfidence, arbitrage, and equilibrium asset pricing

Article Abstract:

Research on securities pricing shows mispricing idiosyncratic value components tends to diminish although systematic mispricing does not. This finding has implications for the ability of market value and fundamental/price ratios to forecast returns.
