Mucking about

Article Abstract:

Hydro International supplies water control systems and should benefit from strong sales for its effluent control equipment. The company subcontracts manufacturing, but designs its products and markets them. Hydro has been awarded a contract in Georgia, United States, but its UK operations could be affected by the reluctance of water utilities to spend money. The water utilities have sought to cut prices rather than spend on environmental protection, and are tending to tackle environmental protection themselves rather than use outside firms like Hydro.
