Present and direct

Article Abstract:

One of the main issues that need to be considered when planning and conducting a presentation is how to convey the message. There is a wide array of tools, ranging from simple overhead projectors to sophisticated multimedia systems, that can be used to make presentations more interesting. Among the latest presentation technologies available in the market are portable LCD projectors, which can be used to conduct data and video presentations around a building and enable these to be taken on the road. There are also presentation systems that can be attached to a personal computer so that information stored on the PC can be projected on to a special screen. Another approach to making a video presentation for a small audience is by using a television set with a video cassette recorder. Other presentation systems are described.
