Business administration professor James L. McKenney's new book 'Waves of Change: Business Evolution Through Information,' presents historical evidence on the advantages of investing in information technology systems. It features five case studies on how several companies began their information technology systems and discusses the benefits of such endeavors. In addition, McKenney also presents several guidelines in implementing information technology strategies.

Benihana of Tokyo, the restaurant chain, is marketing frozen food entries. Benihana's Famous Restaurant Classics are the premium priced product line. The frozen food entree market is highly competitive. This is Benihana's second attempt at market entry. The first product introduction was unsuccessful. Romann and Tannenholz will be the advertising agency. Where the product is available in supermarkets, demand is exceeding supply.
