Bortezomib

Article Abstract:

Multiple myeloma (MM) is a recurring type of haematological cancer and even after giving a glucocorticoids treatment the improvement is just 29 percent but finally it is incurable. Bortezomib is a type of treatment for MM patients which was approved by FDA in May 2003 for resorting only if the other treatment therapies that the patient underwent for the first two times have not proved to be effective.
