Promotion and advertising agency utilization: a nation-wide study of hospital providers

Article Abstract:

Advertising activities have considerably increased among hospitals in the US, highlighting efforts by medical institutions to improve their competence in target markets. Survey results derived from a sample of health care providers revealed that advertising is an efficient tool for hospitals in relaying broad messages and establishing brand name recognition. Among the commonly used advertising media, promotional brochures, outdoor advertisements and magazine ads have been proven to be the most reliable.

Perceptions of justice and employee willingness to engage in customer-oriented behavior

Article Abstract:

Research shows that distributive justices fosters customer-oriented behavior in employees, while procedural justice does not have a direct impact on their willingness to engage in such behavior. However, employee perceptions of distributive justice are positively affected by procedural justice. Data were obtained from hospital workers in Korea.

Patient perceptions of service quality: combining the dimensions

Article Abstract:

This study looks at the attributes of quality for acute care hospitals. It is discovered that the technical dimensions of nursing care, physician care, and outcome as more important than the accommodation functions of hospital care.
