Property broadens its appeal

Article Abstract:

The factors associated with the increase in interest on investment in commercial property leading to rise in its volume and value, are detailed. Some of the features of commercial property include high-income return and high degree of income security within a portfolio of real estate returns that has resulted in the demand for accountants to offer investment advice to clients.
