RPC

Article Abstract:

RPC is a British packaging concern, and this sector should benefit from a strong European economy, but has become unfashionable among investors. The British packaging industry is undervalued in global terms. The company is carrying out acquisitions in Europe and is in a good position to supply international business enterprises. There is concern that polymer prices are rising, though such rises have been passed on to customers by RPC in the past. The company has a good record of earnings and profits.

What else can go wrong?

Article Abstract:

ILP is an Irish packaging concern which specialises in the electronics and computer industries. The company's results have been affected by the cost of a move to new premises, and there were delays involved which affected deliveries and orders. Demand increased for products from the company's plant in Limerick, and this led to increased overtime costs. The company has since tackled the problem of costs, and has made encouraging progress which sould be reflected in profits.
