Re-rating is imminent

Article Abstract:

Dialog Corp was created from the reversal of MAID into Knight Ridder Information, and the company's stock price has since dropped. MAID also saw a drop in its stock price after its flotation, though the price revived after deals were announced. Staff numbers have been reduced since the Knight-Ridder deal, and turnover should improve due to the strong salesforce. There has been concern about a drop in MAID's sales and the level of its borrowings, but Dialog should benefit from opportunities in the industry.
