Scholastic & Lifetouch team for promotion

Scholastic Entertainment Inc and Lifetouch Portrait Studios Inc have joined forces to offer a promotion that features Scholastic's 'Clifford the Big Red Dog.' 'Clifford' theme portraits will be offered by Lifetouch in 440 Photography by JCPenny Studios across the US. Through the promotion, customers will have the opportunity to have their portraits taken with Clifford's image. In addition, Clifford plush props and accessories will be provided for the portrait sitting.

SanDisk and PMI bring digital photography to stores

Article Abstract:

SanDisk Corp and Photo-Me International have created a joint venture called Digital Portal Inc (DPI) that will make digital prints digital camera users who do not have access to a personal computer. DPI will develop kiosks, to be installed in retail outlets, that will allow produce digital prints when digital film flash memory cards, floppy disks or CD- ROMs are inserted into the kiosks. Consumers can also upload digital files from the kiosk to DPI's Internet site.

Golden Books launches marketing campaign to support 'Powerpuff Girls'

Golden Books Family Entertainment (GBFE) has introduced a comprehensive marketing campaign and cross-promotional campaign to back up its book line based on Cartoon Network's television series The Powerful Girls, touted as 'the world's hippest crime-fighting trio.' The company will participate in a special Subway Kids' Pack promotion. Also, GBFE has partnered with Warner Home Video for a multi-tiered, cross promotion.
