Prime Hospitality Corp

Article Abstract:

Prime Hospitality Corp is the owner and manager of 84 hotels and inns all over the US. Insider selling was persistent from mid to late 1980s, when the issue was still known as Prime Motors Inns. Back then, the stock was pegged at the $30-$40 range. The issue dropped to below $1 each by 1990. Insider buys were seen in late 1992, at the $1.50 to $2 area. Another six insiders bought 58,000 shares at an average of $3.38. These averaging up activities suggest that positive fundamentals are forthcoming.
