Article Abstract:

ICAEW and other working members of Consultative Committee of Accounting Bodies has produced a draft guidance that explores the application of the existing fundamental ethical principles to situations commonly encountered by accountants in business. The guidance starts by considering the fundamental principles and discussing the analysis of threats and possible safeguards required.
