Article Abstract:

Efforts to promote learning in organizations are increasingly focusing on teams rather than on the similarly powerful concepts of reflection and dialogue. Results indicate that asking employees to participate in projects that can negatively influence their ability to effectively conduct their responsibilities needs a two-way commitment.
