The integrated approach

Article Abstract:

Deregulation of specialized and consulting services that may lead to an integrated approach of accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, notaries and other professionals may be hampered by many barriers. The major barrier lies in the nature of ownership of professional firms and the allocation of professional liability for malpractice. Other barriers include the accordance of different professional statutes of conduct, relaxation of regulatory constraints and the usually hard combination of different professional institutes and orders.
