They think IT's all over

Article Abstract:

Law firms in Manchester, England, are having to invest more in information technology. Clients may want to communicate by e-mail. Some law firms would like to use voice recognition software and cease to use secretaries. Law firms specialising in insurance find e-mail especially useful due to the distances involved. Web sites are becoming more important, though few law firms produce web sites that clients find valuable or useful. Will preparation is being offered as a web-based service.
