Top 10 b-to-b sites undergoing changes

Article Abstract:

The expanding utilization of the Internet as a marketing tool particularly in the business-to-business market has led to a shift in the task of the Web page as a mere marketing and transaction tool to a knowledge management and customer service vehicle. Other innovations taking place on the Web sites of firms in the business-to-business market are discussed.
