Rising out of the data bog

Article Abstract:

Information management can be handled more efficiently with tools that are already present. Many corporations nevertheless have problems managing all the information they must deal with. Information that is not reused is basically out of control, and many companies continually re-create information to serve differing needs. The right publishing software is useful as an information management tool, and can generate high-quality compound documents that can be sent to many locations at once, via extended multiplatform networks. Business professionals should see to it that publishing software is a universal presence on their desktops. Publishing software has permanently raised the standards for business communications that consist of visually stimulating documents.
