Unity grips audit firms and regulators

The Global Public Policy Symposium in London was defined by a resounding show of concerted purpose and common agreement on the key issues affecting the worldwide profession of accountancy. IOSCO technical committee chairman Michel Prada, warned the accountants that a conviction to work together was not enough and auditors were asked not to compromise on independence.
